Missed hearing about your stories and decided to get back on here to try and catch up with you a bit. Give me some time to get back into the swing of things.
Had a flare up of my back problem a couple of months ago, so i’ve been very careful with my running. Since we last talked I had just started my no sugar diet and it was awesome. I completed a full year and am continuing to not use refined or artificial sweeteners. My newest challenge this year is veganism. I’ll explain more later on that subject.
As for running, it’s still my ultimate passion. I switched to barefoot last spring and have been waiting patiently for the warmer weather to return so I can get back at it. My toes aren’t handling the cold very well yet. The abnormally high amounts of road salt don’t help either.
Our family is doing awesome and my little one is the best kid ever!
